               A loosely  organised group of former Swiss expatriates and their families

               · who lived and worked at one time in Hong Kong
               · who meet at least once a year for Chinese or Western style Luncheon or Dinner,

               a non-profit organisation without club structure, i.e. no president, no treasurer,
               no secretary and no annual club membership fees.
